Pasture-Raised Eggs
Brown, blue, olive and speckled — whatever the girls give us that morning. Never washed, never refrigerated before you get them.
Twenty-two acres in the shadow of the Shawangunks, run by two people, eighty-odd hens, and a couple of roosters with strong opinions. Come get your week's groceries where they grew.

The stand changes with the fields. Reserve online and we will have it bagged and waiting, or just show up and browse.

Whatever is at its peak that morning — dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers, cosmos and a little Queen Anne’s lace for movement.
Our hives
Unfiltered and unheated from the hives at the edge of the north pasture. It will crystallize — that is the point.
Picked at dawn
Cut the morning you buy it. Boil the water before you shuck it and you will taste the difference.
Two humans and a lot of birds. Everybody works, though the accounting on that is generous in places.
Pancakes in the barn, sunflowers at golden hour, and a pumpkin patch that opens the last weekend in September.
A two-hour loop of the farm: the coop, the hives, the hay field and the compost pile. Teachers get a pre-visit packet.
Wagon rides, a straw-bale maze, cider pressing, and the pie contest Bruhn is contractually forbidden from judging again.
Open a live hive with our beekeeper, learn what you are looking at, and leave knowing whether you actually want to keep bees.
Hand-hewn beams, forty feet of open floor, string lights already run through the rafters, and a hayfield out the back door that photographs like a painting at six in the evening. We host about a dozen weddings and parties a year and we keep it that way on purpose.
Browse the store and add what you want. No account needed to look around.

Nothing gets picked, cut or gathered until the morning it is going out to you.
